Ik this song from a 2p GD level, but I didn’t know the song was this old and known in other games like Osu, noice. 8)

Idk if people still come back to this cover, but for me this brings back such a specific strong memory. 8 years ago, I had broken up with a girl I loved because I was anxious about starting college and didn’t want to be a burden. But I realized that was a mistake, and eventually reached back out to her after months of anguish. We had made up, and I was on a bus coming back from a senior field trip across state. The clock turned 12 midnight, I had just turned 18, and everyone around me was asleep. I had this song in my earbuds, and she texted me happy birthday. I felt so loved and appreciated. She would soon leave me after I dropped my scholarship to stay in the city with her, and my life would begin to fall apart to where it is now. But that blissful moment stays with this song and embodies such a powerful bittersweet feeling, I can’t help but tear up. Just thought I’d share this.

2:46 - 3:30 remains one of the most hauntingly beautiful passages I've ever listened to in a piano cover. No exaggeration. After years of returning to this video, I still love waiting for the left-hand sequence at 3:12. Even if JKT thinks this video is amateurish or unpolished, those facts don't take away from how much I've enjoyed the music. I truly love it
